Sinergie tecnologiche e linee di sviluppo nel settore della bioeconomia in Italia

Nel 2018 i Cluster Tecnologici Nazionali Agrifood CLAN e Chimica Verde SPRING hanno sviluppato, in collaborazione  con Assobiotec un percorso per approfondire le proprie sinergie tecnologiche e di competenze.

Da questo percorso sono nati tre tavoli di lavoro sui tre principali settori dove le biotecnologie giocano un ruolo fondamentale: nutraceutica e nutrigenomica, disponibilità di biomassa e utilizzo di sottoprodotti per scopi industriali,  salute e cosmesi. 

La conferenza intende presentare i primi risultati dei tavoli di lavoro e condividere una serie di proposte per il mondo della ricerca e dell’impresa.
